Karen Winters cancelled Day 2 at Eagle Rock

September 27th, 2009

I had to cancel my 2nd day at the Celebrating Eagle Rock Beautiful show. So I won’t be there today, after all. I’m sorry if you had planned a Sunday visit to see my work or to watch me painting.

The heat was 100 degrees and I started feeling the effects of heat exhaustion. I just couldn’t afford to get sicker on Day 2 than the headachy dizziness I felt at the end of Day 1. My apologies.

I will certainly still be doing the Pasadena Artwalk on Saturday October 10, as well as the Allied Artists Malibu Show and Sale on Sunday, October 18. I’m sure the weather will have taken a turn for the cooler by then.
