That's where things fall into - messages, charts, records, vital information. If an ambulance takes you to a major teaching center, you have half a chance of getting out without a major snafu. A small community hospital, overworked, under-funded? Good luck. No names, please. This is a composite of several smallish hospital experiences. One, fortunately has been shuttered for good.
