In such a lush setting. It's rather different from the Court of Appeals in Suva, a very grey cement/stone building we sat or lounged in front of to meet up with family for the Hibiscus Festival. A grotty kind of place with a few frocked up lawyers climbing the steps while the ordinary people like us sat upon low stone walls and munched on roti and curry parcels. w.
