Nose in the Sky Technology

May 4th, 2006

Everybody always talks about spy satellites and eye in the sky technology, but I’m wondering why they don’t have nose in the sky technology. They could use it to find stinko politicians and pork barrel projects that try to masquerade as something else. There’s really no technology better than a nose for finding rotten pork.

This is also another entry for the “Draw a Nose” EDM challenge

Can you think of any other good uses for a Nose in the Sky?

  1. Karen, want 100 Dollars for your nose technology? Maybe you want to pay everyone 100 dollars for this new technology!
    You crack me up!

  2. This is very high technology, Lindsay. Like, really, really high. I don’t think I could allow a patent this sophisticated to go for $100.
$125 maybe. Did I mention that it also has an ultra-schnozzic bird flu detector? That bird’s getting pretty close to it. Keep watching and you’ll see it go on high alert. If it starts to turn red and drip, run for cover.

  3. Pollution detection, of course!

I think I’d want a dog’s nose in the sky for that one, though.

  4. Darn I thought I was going to be brilliant and add…pollution detection but someone beat me to it…Maggie whose nose can detect pollution in her house at …hmmm when I walk in the door and the dog doesnt greet me?!

  5. Mmmmmhhh! Painter’s Artist Oils….I can smell them from down here. And how well used! I wonder how can you get these skin color so real.
Although I have an hereditary genetical disability to see colors (daltonism) I can recognize it in your picture, but I never can achieve a good skin color myself. How come?

  6. Perhaps it could help to detect Nosey neighbors???

  7. For sniffing out the competition?

  8. I’d like to blow snot on a few politicians.

Wouldn’t that be great? If they did anything too stinky they’d make the Nose sneeze.
